Tracy Barter is the founder and principal of Happy Valley Home Concierge, and a proud lifetime member of the Happy Valley community.
Born and raised in State College, Tracy is passionate about helping people simplify homeownership through trusted, personalized support and reliable local connections.
She is known for her approachable personality, attention to detail, and dedication to making life a little easier for busy homeowners and families throughout the area.
